DREAMKILLERS w/ THE MARK OF CAIN / SCREAMFEEDER

(The Roxy, Brisbane: June 25, 1994)

No reviews of this gig, but was fantastic (even at the all ages, I wasn't 18 yet).
Local talent Screamfeeder and the mighty Dreamkillers with Adelaides finest The Mark Of Cain. The Mark Of Cain with their driving sound ripped it up and the Dreamkillers was wild punk/metal, tatts, stage-diving and a seething moshpit. If anyone out there remembers this gig, drop us a line.

CALIGULA w/ DEFRYME / THE JAYNES [TURN UP YOUR RADIO TOUR]

(University of Queensland: April 15, 1994)

Don't remember too much of this gig at all (especially The Jaynes). But do remember Defryme being very good - and the singer coming out in the hockey mask. Probably only remember Caligula singing Tears of a Clown (the cover they were known for).

4ZZZ MARKET DAY [ZED-O-VISION]

(Albert Park, Brisbane: March 19, 1994)

A free festival with no fences, the cream of local and interstate talent, and a great mix of music fans on a beautiful day. Doesn't get any better. Saw Regurgitator, AIM, Fur, Not From There and Blitz Babiez here for the first time (all amazing). Also my first experience with semi-trailer flat-beds being used as stages. Of course the Dreamkillers ripped it up with a sea of bodies invading the stage and flinging themselves back into the crowd (myself included). Thanks 4ZZZ!
